Our delrin bearings are currently offered with our 100% stainless casters only.  These bearings have a much higher starting and rolling resistance compared to precision bearings (see Ergonomics) but are a good choice for short haul distances and intermittent use.  When used in corrosive service conditions, they can provide an economical alternative to stainless precision bearings.  These bearings are available with our polyurethane wheels and they ride upon our ground stainless axle sleeve that is pre-lubricated with grease at the factory.

Sealed precision radial bearings have the least rolling resistance of any wheel bearing.  Each bearing fits over our ground stainless axle sleeve and the wheels are properly positioned with our precision bearing spacers.  CS version casters have chromium steel precision bearings whereas SS version casters have 440C stainless precision bearings.
